Chicken is so versatile and doesn’t have to be expensive. Use cuts with the bone or buy whole frozen chickens. It does take more time to pick a whole chicken but if you are one a budget it will go a long way.
All of the chicken recipes can be used with both the brown and white meat and any vegetables you have on hand or is in season can be used. Casseroles and stir-fry’s are especially good for using up excess produce.
