There is nothing better than a lamb roast for Sunday lunch. With budget cuts available such as shoulder roasts, lamb mince and forequarter chops there is no reason why anyone can’t enjoy this meat.
Lamb pairs well with rosemary, garlic and mint. Roasts can be punctured with a knife then stuff the herbs in. This will flavour the meat and any vegetables you may have cooking with the roast.
Rosemary and garlic are very easy to grow both out in the garden and in pots. They will also flavour mince or consider making a mint sauce to have with your lamb dish.
