Who doesn’t love potatoes and sweet potatoes? The problem is limiting yourself to one serving portion but potatoes do reheat well and can be healthy depending on how they are cooked.

It is worthwhile buying olive oil to bake your potatoes in if you can afford it.  Save money by purchasing oil in bulk.  You won’t need much and baked can taste just as good as deep fried.
