Microwave Spiced Breakfast Muffins

This recipe for microwave spiced breakfast muffins is easy to make and tastes wonderful with your morning tea or coffee. These fluffy cinnamon muffins are quickly cooked in the microwave then dunked in a sugar and spice topping.

Serve either warm or cool. These are especially good cut in half while still warm then spread softened butter in between with your favorite jelly or jam.
